We use dance based movement, light weights and resistance bands to lengthen and strengthen the body in these high energy workouts

This class is an aerobic dancing style class of dance cardio. Nothing to memorize here just back to back easy to follow moves of all different dance styles. All levels can do this and the class is easily modified if needed.
